How Much Muscle Can You Gain Naturally?

The idea there of course is to try to gain muscle and strength as quickly as you can in the target muscle group. So you might do let's say six to nine hard sets per week for each other major muscle group, often specialization routines run for two to four months. The reason why those routines can appeal to us advanced weight lifters is even if we have gained most of the muscle and strength that we can genetically we always have muscle groups that are a little lagging That can be improved aesthetically with a relatively small amount of muscle gain.
