I take a lot of principles from my day job, which is all about process optimization and automation and efficiency. And then the fun part is, i've actually got my company, ashling partners again here in chicago as a corporate customer. We've got a nice little relationship where mac brewing supplies beer to the office. So it's heaps of fun. I think if you're going to accept a home brew from someone, you're taking on potentially some level of risk if theydon't know what theyre they're doing. But the biggest, biggest rule, number one is, always sanitize everything.
