Refineries in the gulf of mexico are running at 97 a point four % of capacity. That is the highest level it's run for this period of the year in the last 30 years s of historical data. We'll see how long it takes to bring new refinery capacity on line and ore demand to adjust. But until that that happens, we're seeing refiners put up huge profit margins.
