I'm really loving the additions or the updates that Melissa Coates has been doing on her administration and governance there's a whole section from her on just adoption and data culture thoughts around what that looks like. So I'd yeah, this is the challenge when I think so I guess you had to really understand your business and have very clear objectives especially at the OKR level What does that stand for? OKR objective key results Really I think if you identify those first I think metrics falls in line much better with the scenario But if you don't have those and you're just trying to start with mattress Yeah, it's going to be confusing right You need to step back and plan a bit more
