The Challenges of Kite's Engineering Team
A lot of the things that we've been focused on in the last year and a half at Kite, the team has really done a great job of pushing through just architecture changes. We're trying to create the experimentation and like dynamic configuration culture there with the kind of like focus on post booking like mobile first experience. And one of our hard challenges is balancing vehicles between lots in the city. So we'll do multi lot routing will will forecast and anticipate what are the next trips coming out of this lot. It's an efficiency gain for our business overall and I think a differentiating advantage as well.
