DevOps - CPU Spikes

I was supervising a process and I just have it keep restarting it if it ever failed. And the process just kept crashing and that just kept making the CPU spiked because it was a pretty CPU intensive operation. So with dense servers and everything, you're more abstracting stuff away from whatever you're seeing. But in other cases, like if it's with life, you, for instance, and tests within life, which makes a lot of sense as well.
