Wrapped Bitcoin: A Proof of Reserves

There's been a lot of fear and concern about if there's enough Bitcoin to back all the wrapped Bitcoin in existence. Rap Bitcoin is also a stablecoin, it's a token that wraps to one Bitcoin.
