There's unfortunately not too much direct evidence that really gets at the question effectively. Ah, it seems like things work reasonably well when you scale protein recommendations to just total body weight. And i think the there are practical challenges of using a flat protein recommendation. A, this could indicate that there might be some subtle sex differences, but it also might indicate that scaling to fat free mass simply does a slightly better job than scaling toTotal Body Weight.
