Timothy Stanley: I think conviction is the idea of it's really interesting as well, because if you've got high IQ and you know a lot, it doesn't mean you're going to have conviction. The people that like make the change, you get the upside into all the people that they're bold risk takers and they have conviction about ideas. They see something wrong with the world and they try to do something about it,. He says we don't get rewarded for taking risk in the school system. And he thinks there's actually a lot of value in losing money in markets.
