How Do You Feel That Hierarchy of Evidence Is Seeting Im?
Hierarchy of evidence is based on the ability to remove bias in a scientific study. It's good to remove bias, except that if you only rank things based on that then it's a very narrow way of looking at knowledge. In fact, we need lots of other types of science. You know, we need qualitative research and theoretical research. We need mechanistic bench science. There there's lots of things in cognitive neuro science that actually explain why we can have resonance with our patients. And yet they don't appear in our clinical guide lines ad - which i think is a problem.
