The cherubs would be reflective of the relationship that the jews have with the almighty. It's incredible love, like the love of a male to a female. If we were not listening to god, then there would be smoke erupting from between them. And they would actually swivel and face away from each other. However, if we were doing the will of the alMighty, they would face each other, and their faces wood shine. Of course, that would be a very powerful lesson for people that had the merit to see it.
