Believar's Prediction for the New Mexico

Believar wrote under the assumption that in the end, independence would win. He also did agree that spanish america would not devolve into four large countries but rather something like 15 to 17 new nations. But it's going to take us the whole rest of this series to explain exactly why belivar also missed the mark with his prediction for the neighboring isthmus of panama.
