The Importance of Working Conditions in a Union
I think it's a big grab bag of a lot of things, first of all, right? You talk about health insurance, what is covered under the health insurance? What kind of issues do you have? Are all your providers going to be in network, whatever? And then maybe there's like two angles to look at it from one. We shouldn't be tearing each other down. We should be trying to bring everybody up,. That's what it means to like be in a union and actually working for that instead of just saying that if you're justArguing and tearing down other workers, you're just doing the boss's work for them.
