Google's Predictions for the Future of Testing

Google doesn't really seem to have much expectation that people are really going to be like testing this extensively until these testing periods kind of come into effect. And it sounds like there's really no first mover advantage here in terms of testing. It's just more like, I don't know, doing it for the good of the industry or firstmover advantage in testing.
