Is This the Result of an Activist Campaign?

I'm just always curious, like, how did the come about? Was it like a banker that came to them ins at hay, you can do this and your stock would go up? I don't know the situation here. They could have bought another little concept or something like that, and then invested in that. Or they could sell out, either in a management let, by out, or in some sort ofa elbo where they sell out. And instead, they do something like that themselves.
