How will you be able to identify whether or not that success criteria exactly? So, like with physical fitness, like, i think the obvious one is probably like a scale. For me, maybe that's te like the number of push ups i could do, or the number of squats i could do before just quitting. I usea great called streaks on my iphone to track things that i'm doing regularly,. so that i can see, like, oh, i did go and work out three times this week. That's good.
