How to Choose Your Puzzle for Innovation
There is rarely just one problem that you're facing in an organization right well we have to solve this problem there are problems coming from every angle. One of the most difficult things when it comes to innovation is how the word itself is perceived so differently from so many different people in the organization. A common language threat the organization becomes really key. And I loved this diagram that we'll share on the screen, which is to choose your puzzle, what type of puzzle are we solving, agree that almost with the client before you even undertake a workshop with people.
