The Work to Residents Visa and the Skilled Migrant Visa
The skilled migrant visa takes into account both the qualifications of the person and their work experience. There's a pass mark which at the moment is about 160 points but that number will fluctuate up or down as there are more applicants with higher skills applying or fewer applicants with lower skills okay so it might be frowned upon to put lightly if one had wasted immigration time by making spurious claims, he says.
