Intro

Admittedly, this is not the most exciting title to a podcast, but that does not reduce its importance.  Preparing a Case Management Plan makes a huge difference in most cases at multiple levels.  In this show, Leh and Todd break down why it is important; how it makes a difference for a person going through a divorce; and what a Case Management Plan might look like.  If you are the kind of person who likes to have a road map showing you where you are going, then you will want to listen to this show and then schedule a meeting with your lawyer to make sure both of you are on the same page.
