The Pandemic and the Need for Teachers in Schools

Are we worse, better compared to pre-pandemic in terms of how easy it is to find a better to fill these roles? Yeah. The San Francisco had fewer positions to fill the last couple of years, for whatever reason. There are 600 plus vacancies. It's about what it was pre-p and they were able to fill almost all of them before the first day of school. Now districts like San Francisco and Oakland, they know they're not going to fill every position before school starts.
