I was walking up the bank and I had this tray of like all chicken and grease and then I just slipped and I fell down the bank. That is an ancient Greek myth of the man who carried the chicken carcass. So then one day he slipped down and it covered himself in grease and the gods laughed at him. It's only missing some grain and a bushel. Wow. Can I just say that I don't do this, but I have someone who likes cooking that I've now discovered chicken stock that you boil the carcass and make a stock with it. And that is incredible.
