I was like aof nothing, and it was quite bad. Aus i remember going home and being like, what is for purpose? Like, what why do i do what i do? Why i myindis business. Back then, it was a question that we weren't used to hearing or answering. I think we have completely and fundamentally transformed our own learn learning and development function - which also starts by changing the name. It's about bring supporting our people along their individual career journeys.
