"It's so easy and weirdly fun to like look and see. Oh, what's my ex doing? Right?" she said. "But you have to stop because you're taking it personally." She says the best thing is to immerse yourself in your friendships or other things that keep you occupied. And start trying to find a new person to be excited about too.
