Deputy national security adviser says keystone energy pipe line and all the drilling in the world isn't going to help with current state of oil prices. That is a fact check false. Keystone is it's a pipe line. It's not an oil field. That doesn't produce any additional oil. Even if keystone excel had been permited last year, it would have been years away from completion and wouldn't have helped in to day's circumstance. So keystone has absolutely nothing to do with the current supply demand and balance and energy markets. What i can tell you that willy, is even if we'd drilled as much as we could a the price of oil is still set globally
