The Different Types of Meditation
I think the way I view there are two distinct projects that kind of at least for the purpose of this discussion they're distinct they bleed into each other but it seems to me that they are also doing different things. One is working with the content of consciousness broadly construed in a way where you want to kind of reach more classically called positive affect and emotion and like less neuroticism and stuff like that. On the other end I would put stuff like Vajrayana non-dual type meditation which is more about recognizing the context in which all content arises and fundamentally recognizing the inside of emptiness That's what A.T. gets trapped in the middle there as something that I don't really know
