The post-moderns are attempting to create an aristocratic class of people who get to decide what things mean, he says. They attack the idea that you can understand what the word means, and that the word is constantly being shifted,. The whole point is that if you can make the words mean, if nobody knows what the laws mean, you now become a nation under the people who interpret the laws.
