Harold: I have to seek approval all the time. Can't disagree or challenge people. Have to hide my flaws and feelings because otherwise you'll reject me. Has to constantly pressure myself not to make mistakes, monitor myself constantly. Constantly be vigilant. And this is a pretty good list. There's probably one or two or three other things, but I'm drawing a blank. But would we say in his relationships with colleagues up to this point that he's been able to ask for help and ask for support when he's hurting? That doesn't seem to be his go-to. Well, I might want to say no, but that is not necessarily excluded.
