John Avlon: The op-ed may have struck a chord in Israel because it came out around the same time as Biden's interview with Fareed Zakaria on CNN, where he was extremely mean to BB Netanyahu. He says maybe the reason for some of the confusion is that the Biden administration is trying to maintain relations with Israel, but not with Israel's elected government. Avlon: We are years after the Israeli election, which elevated BB to the top of the coalition, and BB hasn't received an invitation to the White House.
