The bravery of the Ukrainians from its leader down is really inspirational and will have I think global and long-term effects. The role that President Volodymya Zelensky has played in the last few weeks has earned him a place in the history books. He's almost as if back in the 1930s, Charlie Chaplin had become president of a country because he was Ukraine's Charlie Chaplin. It's also deeply moving to me that friends of mine from all walks of life have taken up arms to defend their country. Its heart-rending to see cities bombed to rubble in ways that Europe hasn't seen since 1945. This is John Anderson, direct with Neil Ferguson.
