Is It a Green Games?
The international olympic committee acknowledged during china's big process that the country had minimal annual snowfall. So why did china win? In the first place. Over casekstan, you'd think it would be a requirement, but it's not. They do report on what their climate is, but if there's a way around it, the i o c will usually accept that. And so this is something that we might see change in the future, after the back lash these games are getting.
