Gay Literature as a Teenager

I think it was the first time I read those, my friend Sid gave them to me and to have made me read them almost. They were so they're written in quite short, sharp bursts. And so you can read them. These kind of real page turnets. But if I had read them when I was sort of 17, 18, I would have found them enormously liberating. Even the sort of sad moments that come into those books are still kind of dealt within this sort of wave of positivity. You can live the life, whatever life you want to live and be happy and still be funny and quirky.
