Strong tastes and smelling foods like garlic or brockley are a part of what might help increase gludition production within the bodyye. So specifically here, of course, brockly and brockley sprouts, there is a sulphur containing compond called sulphurapane. And then within brockly soporopane, exists as a different compound that needs an enzyme to break it down. Put some dehydrated mustard powder on your brockley and cook it with some garlic, and you might have pretty good food sores for gludothyn production.
