How to Join in on the Rise of Technology

I feel like society has gotten both yes, advanced And has regressed due to technology in a lot of different ways. I'm scared to see how much further disassociating from real life will affect us. There are already so many layers of separation That I do not want to see what this additional layer is Because you tell them me, I can talk to a cyborg A power point of somebody's face And not have to talk to them in real life anymore. People are going to start using that for the wrong reasons and I fear that that's coming If we don't act now.
