Most people don't have a short list of programmes that allow for decent progress in the thing. So i decided to do something about it, which ultimately manifested in the form of the original training programme. It consisted in consists,. excuse me, of ten weeks worth of what i call phase shifts. The most enjoyable part of those space shifts was feast, given its modular design. You rotate through no less than five iferent types of training over the course of those ten weeks.
