What I've Learned From the Case of Morgan Geyser and Bella Loytner
I feel like I know them a lot better and understand them because these were kids who needed help. The judge on this case continued to make decisions that meant that Morgan would not receive medication. She was in a state of psychosis, which I learned is extremely bad for you. And so the conditions of the jail where she was awaiting trial, those exacerbated her psychosis.
