Having the Parts of Yourself Talk to Each Other
Neroplastic pain is not associated with tissue damage, it's just because you've got this hyper sensitized central nervous system. You need to train your central nervous system not to react as if everything is a threat. One of the most common interventions is to have you sit down and write a letter to the part of yourself that is afraid that something bad is going to happen. Or literally, you can have a two sided conversation. With your dominant hand, you can write the things that you know are true. And with your non dominant hand,you can write from the subconscious part of yourself,. Like you ask it questions, and it can respond to you through your non dominanthand.
