The 30th technique is the devil's advocate technique. Tempting thoughts that tempt you to overeat or to drink too much can be defeated with your own thoughts. The opposite of externalization of voices is for negative thoughts. This is for positive thoughts. So it's for a negative thought. So this one is for the self-defeating belief. But essentially you do the same thing, but it's just whatever you put at the top of the thing. And then you can do it for a behavior or what you can do for a negative feeling. Like let's say someone is angry. That's one of the toughest feelings to get rid of until you do a cosbenefit analysis
