Is There an Opportunity to Refinance?

There's still a lot of dry powder out there in the private asset space that would love to come in and take advantage of any sort of distress or softening. So I just look at that as an opportunity to say, you know, not everything that's been afforded a investment grade credit rating maybe deserves that. But it's not going to be a one size fits all opportunity, which is why I think that operating in the private space for that probably makes better sense than expecting there to just be some sort of huge spread blowout.
