i fundamentally believe that diversity drives better product outcomes. There are just so many examples where bad products make it to market because they were designed with a single perspective in mind. Embarrassingly, i'm geekishly into my va headset. But i'm always getting nauteous ten minutes in, whereas he can keep going for hours and hours. It turns out there's growing evidence that women are much more likely to get va sickness than men. And then there are the challengers with facial recognition oft with which, in some cases, is falsely identifying black and asian people up to 100 times more than their caucatean counterparts.
