Do We Have the Capacity to Be a Leader?

The struggle for the formation of a leader is an act of spiritual formation. And you see this in the example of Dr. King. It's different to say, well, here's what I'm going to do to be a Christian in a world where people may hate me just because of the color of my skin. That's a different formation.
