Is Teal Playing a Role in the Career Life Cycle?
Teal is a company that helps people transition from one career to the next. In an interview with snikeye, founder and CEO of teal says there are three prototypical stages in this process. People start searching for jobs when they don't know what they're doing or where they want to go. They then develop through continual growth until they hit a plateau at which point they search again. The cycle almost either keeps going up or growing, because it's the same kind of fundamental process. But it changes, right? And we want to be able to help people make those better decisions.
