Nietzsche's fondness and, in a sense, love for reverence for Jesus are instructive precisely because he hated Christianity so immensely. If someone who hates the church that much, nevertheless recognizes in the figure of Jesus, in the Gospels, something which elicits a kind of reluctant, unwilling admiration, I think this is something we can all learn from. You think he can't help but love Jesus? That's how I would read it. Yeah, I think that's what I'll put. And there is a really crucial difference there.
