How to Be Creative With Your Proteins
I tried to target like 100 and somewhere between 150 and 180 grams of protein, which is a lot. But that's for the days that I can control because I'm definitely not going to get that much or I might get some of it, but not enough. The thing that helped me the most honestly was like buying a cheap, you know, and we can even talk brands or suggestions,. A scoop of protein is probably 20 to 30 grams. So whatever you're getting now, try to add a tiny bit, adding a tiny bit more.
