Many in critical race theory had been inspired by the black power movement. And they really didn't like this: You know what? Race blind. We're all the same under the skin. It's very important to our identity that we are part of, you know, a black nation. They were going to be very hurt when scholars of color accused them of being racially insensitive or racest owwhite liberal legal academics were no and they were going too let's talk.
