Criminalizing the Stock Piling of Weapons

The bill would criminalize already existing crimes of violence, things that could be prosecuted in state courts. When done with the intent to intimidate or coerce, or influence policy of government through intimidation or coercion, this would be terrorism within the territorial jurisdiction of the us. It would also allow for the criminalization of the stock piling of weapons knowing and intending that those are to be used in committing a crime of terrorism within the us. But sse y, you may recall christopher polison, us coastguard lieutenant, was recently arrested for stock piling an arsenal of assault rifles and other weapons.
