You get probably 90% plus of the muscle that you're going to gain by just going to the gym and the protein supplementation adds a little bit on top, but it's just a small effect. There is lots more data available now than there were five years ago or even 10 years ago. It's getting to the point where we can perform these types of analyses on meaningful people.
