i like to go a lot further if i can. Obviously t do the deep discovery, but i like to go furtherand uncover the unconsidered needs. These are the needs that the customer doesn't really articulate at front ors being as their primary pan. But these are the things where you can deliver additional value over and above what they've not even said are their immediate plain points. So i like to really dig into that and show, and that might mean some research, i fact, quite a lot of research.
