I've seen too many people over the last few years hate other people that used to be friends. Or family members. And it's like, this and this is because of things that other people have said that aren't necessarily vetted. The carb thing is just always people are always fucking scared of carbs for some reason. In the fitness industry, rather than looking at one individual myth or whatever it is, I think one thing that no matter what it doesn't go away is Extremism. They say, this is it.
