Activists are going to be a little wary about this. They're just going to take their playbook, which says, Oh, let's split the company on a long shareholder value. In the case of Intel, the fab side of it, the founders out of it, like that's a huge expense. So how do you split the company up and still fund the fab side? You know, if you just split it up, you really risk sort of stranding the fabs.
