In the teaching and working world, our tendency is often to play to the stars. And that is often a recipe for a little bit of disaster. You have like this resentmentent or this deferring to somebody else. So i think it's really about trying to build these teams that are fully dependent on each other but also have certain individuals that can take over if necessary.
